About us
Our beginnings and background in residential production
Pinon 21 S.L. started out in the Canary Isles in December 1994 with the promotion and construction of a residential complex on the Costa Adeje, which is situated in the south of Tenerife, next to the beaches Fañabé and El Duque, in the modern and well-equipped development of Los Cristianos port and Playa de Las Americas. There are apartments, chalets and villas with magnificent gardens and swimming pools. All with a design that for its high conceptual and constructive level, represents a level of quality in the area which even now is maintained.
The strong start of PINON 21 is based on the operative capacity, both human and material and on the techniques of the companies to which it belongs.
Today, as a flagship company of the sector whose brand is synonymous with quality in the construction industry, Pinon 21, from its central offices has maintained and continues to maintain an increase in activity with attractive promotions with already finished chalets on the Avenida de los Jardines del Duque, on the Avenida de Moscú in the Costa Adeje and the development of Vistahermosa in Los Cristianos.
Hotel and commercial activity
- The production of the hotel complex “Aparthotel El Duque”, also situated in the excellent area of the Costa Adeje, combines classic functionality, large and well equipped apartments with all the finest hotel services, every amenity to please its guests.
- The production of the Centro Commercial El Duque (the El Duque Shopping Centre) together with the hotel is personalised by a spectacular esplanade of polished granite dotted with real palm trees along the Avenida de Bruselas.
